What I'll need from you
After purchase, you'll be guided to your personal analysis page where you can upload your materials and track progress.
You'll be asked to provide based on your needs:
A floor plan or sketch of your home — hand-drawn is fine, as long as it clearly shows the current layout
Photos taken from key positions — standing at the front door looking out, standing at the front door looking in, standing at each room entrance looking in and out, and exterior shots of the front, sides, and back of your home
Photos of the surrounding environment — the street, neighboring buildings, any slopes or elevated ground nearby, and any water features
A brief description of your main concerns or goals — what you're hoping to improve or change
After you upload your initial materials, we'll review them and follow up if anything additional is needed.
How long does it take?
Your report will be delivered within 3–5 days of receiving your completed intake form and photos.
Follow-up questions
Once your report is delivered, you're welcome to ask as many follow-up questions as you need — directly on your personal analysis page — for 30 days. Implementation questions, clarifications, second thoughts — all welcome.
